We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:info@beautifulsunborneo.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">info@beautifulsunborneo.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or WhatsApp us at +6016-555 3783 (Andy Markelle) \/ +6012-826 378 (Stephanie Chong).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following are the policies to be eligible for cancellation requests:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bad weather conditions<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Landslide or Politicians Events)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Physical discomfort (must certified by a doctor)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund that is deemed unfit or unreasonable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following cancellation charges must be borne by the Client and the travelling companions as follows:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Number of days between tour commencement and receipt of cancellation notice:<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><table><tbody><tr><td>\u00a0<\/td><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TERMS<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Less than 04 days or No Show<\/span><\/p><\/td><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100% of tour cost forfeited<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">04 to 07 days<\/span><\/p><\/td><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">95% of tour cost forfeited<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">08 to 14 days<\/span><\/p><\/td><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">85% of tour cost forfeited<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15 to 29 days<\/span><\/p><\/td><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">75% of tour cost forfeited<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30 days or more<\/span><\/p><\/td><td><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40% of tour cost forfeited (all tour bookings)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50% of tour cost forfeited (standard Mount Kinabalu climb bookings)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the cancellation request is received, a partial refund will be initiated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><b>REFUND POLICY<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There would be no refunds for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any unused tour services including but not limited to transfer, meals &amp; accommodation, sightseeing or any other services not utilized.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event that there is a refund required, the refund will be credited to you in the same method as your payment.
