Embark on an exhilarating 10 km water rafting adventure, guided by a professional and entertaining instructor, where safety meets fun! Immerse yourself in the stunning scenery of cascading terraces and endless coconut palm groves as you enjoy an exclusive view of Sabah’s breathtaking landscapes. This leisurely rafting experience is perfect for the whole family—children aged 5 and above can join the fun. Drift peacefully along the river and appreciate the beauty of Sabah’s natural river valleys, with a calm flow and no risk of rapids or capsizing, all while accompanied by your guide

Your tropical rainforest adventure begins at the end of the Kiulu River, where safety gear and life jackets are checked, and you'll be briefed on paddling techniques. Then, you'll drive to the starting point to begin your thrilling journey down the river. The entire experience typically takes 50 to 120 minutes, depending on water levels, and a picnic-style lunch will be served by the riverside.

Bring a change of clothes.
Wear comfortable sandals or water shoes.
Avoid wearing jewellery.
If you wear glasses, it’s best to use an adjustable strap to secure them.
Contact lens users should bring a spare pair of glasses to prevent damage from the water.

Itineraries

Day 1

9:30am

Departs from the city with an approximately of 1 hour car ride to Kiulu White Water Rafting Centre.

10:30am

Arrival at Riverbug Base Camp, where instructors will be providing safety information as well as handing out all safety equipment.

11:00am

The journey begins, embark on an exciting rafting excursion that will take approximately two hours, depending on the water levels, to reach the endpoint. During the rafting journey, there will be a stop at Linsuk Farm for a traditional life experience.

1:30pm ~ 2:00pm

Reaching the finished point where guest will be able to freshen up and take a shower, then lunch will be provided.

3:00pm

Departs from Rafting Centre to the next destination (Kawa Kawa) with an approximate travel time of 1-hour 30mins.

4:30pm

Arrival at Kawa Kawa where the journey of exploring proboscis monkey begins!

5:30pm

Dinner will be served at the restaurant where guest will be able to try out some of the best local delicacies.

6:30pm ~ 7:00pm

Be ready to depart from the port again for the most exciting firefly excursion

8:00pm

The end of the wonderful and exciting trip, be ready to depart for a 1-hour 30mins car trip back to your stay.
